Breakfast was bad. Everything was soggy from sitting in the chafing dishes. The sausage looked like it had been steamed. The bacon was soggy, not very well done. The hash browns were soggy, too. I worked in food service for almost 20 years and I would never had served a breakfast like this.

The club lounge was exceptional, a great place to rest and work. Breakfast was great. Fourth stay at this hotel and it improves each time.

This place was so quiet. My family and I didn’t hear another soul once inside our room. The bed was so perfectly comfy & firm. My only discomfort was the pillow. I’d suggest providing a firmer option for guests that prefer one.

This is my second stay as I enjoyed the first! The hotel has been refurbished since my last visit and is even nicer! The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.

The location was fantastic. We were there to visit the Botanic Gardens, just a quick zip and we were there. The surrounding towns and lake were super close as well. Would definitly stay here again.

Clean and close to our destination. Nice decor and amenities. Bartender was excellent and front desk welcoming.
